This Privacy Policy explains how G-Force Marketing K.K. ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in G-Force Ads Manager, our internal tool that uses the Google Ads API.

1. Information we collect on this website

This website does not require registration and does not use contact forms. If you e-mail us, we receive your name, e-mail address and the content of your message, which we use only to reply to you. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operation.

2. G-Force Ads Manager and Google user data

G-Force Ads Manager is used only by our own staff to manage Google Ads accounts owned by G-Force Marketing K.K. When our staff sign in with Google OAuth, the tool requests access to the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) in order to:

• create and edit campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords and audience targeting in our own accounts;
• read performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) of our own campaigns;
• list the accounts under our manager account.

The OAuth credentials and refresh token are stored only on our company computer and are never shared. Google Ads data is used only to manage and report on our own advertising. We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not access accounts that do not belong to us.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data retention and deletion

Reports downloaded through the Google Ads API are kept only as long as needed for our business analysis. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), after which the tool can no longer access any data. To request deletion of any data related to you, contact us at gforcemkt@gmail.com.

4. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
